1.2 These T&Cs apply to all users of the site and customers purchasing products from The Cheeseboard.
2. Pricing and Offers
2.1 All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.2 The price of cheese is £3 per piece. If you order 5 or more pieces, the price is reduced to £2.50 per piece.
2.3 Exclusion: The discount offer does not apply to Cheddar Crunch cheese, which remains at £3.50 per piece regardless of the quantity ordered.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 Payment must be made at the time of order through our secure payment gateway.
3.3 We accept the following payment methods: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Visa and other commonly used card types.
4. Delivery
4.1 We offer delivery to addresses within the UK. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4.2 We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.3 Risk of loss and damage to the products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds

6. Cancellations
6.1 You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation and refund.
7. Liability
7.1 The Cheeseboard’s liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
7.2 We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
