1.1 Due to the perishable nature of our cheese products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-faulty products.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

2.1 If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

2.2 To request a refund or replacement for a faulty, damaged, or misdescribed product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with details and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.

2.3 We will process refunds within 10 working days of confirming the issue and receiving the returned item if required.

3. Cancellations

3.1 You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

3.2 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of the products.
